FAQ

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Purchasing & Shipping

What are your payment terms and do you offer instalment plans?

Answer:

Full payment is required at the time of purchase before your custom art print goes into production. We accept all major credit and debit cards and secure online payments.
Where available, instalment options (such as Afterpay or similar “buy now, pay later” services) may be offered at checkout and are subject to approval by the provider. Custom orders will begin production once full payment or an agreed instalment plan is confirmed.

What shipping options are available and what are the estimated delivery times?

Answer:

Free shipping Australia wide, please get in touch for international orders.

We ship rolled prints in rigid mailing tubes with strong, reinforced walls. Framed artworks & prints are shipped in a special hybrid closed & open cell wrapping, then boxed in a custom rigid cardboard box.
We’ve partnered with Australia’s most trusted art couriers to offer an in
house art courier service delivering Australia-wide.

All prints are custom made with lead time of up to 6 weeks from date of purchase, however most arrive within 2-4 weeks.

Because each art print is custom-made especially for you, production and delivery take time. Please allow up to 6 weeks from order confirmation for delivery — this timeline includes printing, any framing, and safe dispatch. This longer timeframe ensures quality craftsmanship and care in every piece.

What is your return policy?

Answer:

Because all prints are made to order and customised, we do not accept returns for change of mind. This helps us keep quality high and production timelines clear.
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can organise a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Do you accept wholesale purchases or work with corporate consultants?

Answer:

Yes! We love working with interior designers, corporate consultants, stylists, galleries and wholesale partners. If you’re interested in bulk orders, custom collaborations or corporate projects, please get in touch with us with your requirements and we’ll be happy to discuss pricing, lead times and options.

What if I change my mind after purchasing?

Answer:

Once an order is placed and custom production has begun, we cannot cancel it or offer refunds for change of mind. This is because your print has already entered the production process specifically for you.
If you have questions before ordering — about sizing, framing, or how a print will look in your space — we encourage you to reach out so we can help you choose confidently.

Studio & Exhibitions

Do you accept visitors to your studio?

Answer:

However, the artist does create live artworks at events and interactive art installations from time to time.

Corporate & Charity Partnerships

The artist collaborates with charities, corporations, and event organisers to create impactful art experiences. This includes live artwork creation, interactive installations, and the donation or auctioning of original and limited-edition artworks for fundraising events.

Partnership enquiries are welcomed and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Website & Marketing

Can i see a high resolution photo of the artwork prior to buying?

Answer:

High-resolution images are not provided prior to purchase in order to protect the artist’s intellectual property.

All of our state-of-the-art reproduction and fine-art printing technology has been profiled and calibrated by renowned figures in the Australian and International colour science field.

Note, the colours you see on your screen may not perfectly match the actual artwork due to factors like individual screen settings, monitor calibration, and ambient lighting. Each person's device displays colours differently, so the company cannot guarantee the image on your screen is a 100% accurate representation of the final product.

For enquiries regarding scale, finish, or suitability for your space, please contact us for guidance prior to purchasing.

Do you offer a newsletter?

Answer:

Yes. You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive early access to new releases, upcoming exhibitions, live art events and interactive installations, as well as special announcements and opportunities.

Subscribers are the first to be notified of exhibitions, collaborations, and limited availability works.

Frame & Print Sizes

Can I choose a custom print and frame size to fit on my wall?

Answer:

Yes. Many artworks can be produced in custom print and frame sizes to suit your space. As each piece is made to order, sizing options may vary depending on the artwork and medium.

If you have a specific wall size or placement in mind, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can confirm suitability, pricing, and production time.

Can I use my own frame?

Answer:

Yes. Unframed prints are available, allowing you to use your own frame if preferred. When selecting an unframed option, we recommend ensuring your frame meets professional framing standards to best protect and present the artwork.

If you need guidance on sizing or framing requirements, we’re happy to assist before you place your order.

Artwork Details

What are the recommended care instructions?

Answer:

To ensure the longevity of your artwork, we recommend displaying it away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and areas of high humidity. For canvas works, lightly dust with a clean, dry cloth only. Avoid using water or cleaning products directly on the artwork.

Do you offer a certificate of authenticity for prints?

Answer:

Yes. Prints are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Do you accept commissions, and how does the process work?

Answer:

Yes, a limited number of commissions are accepted each year. Commissioned works are created through a collaborative process, beginning with an initial consultation to discuss your vision, size, timeline, and budget. A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance payable upon completion prior to delivery.

Because commissions are custom artworks, timeframes and availability vary.

What is the print quality and what type of canvas is used?

Answer:

All prints are produced to a professional fine art standard using archival-quality inks and premium materials designed for longevity. Canvas works are printed on high-quality, artist-grade canvas selected for its durability, texture, and colour accuracy.

Each piece is carefully finished to ensure exceptional clarity, depth, and colour reproduction.
